The assignment was to illustrate a song. I chose The End by The Doors, so the scene is really just me depicting the lyrics.

dgjgdshbkdksf UGH how do you do this with watercolor? (I swear ive only gotten worse and worse at it)

honestly the watercolor is just a tint. I painted the whole thing in sumi to get all the values down, then lightly brushed blue over the areas that i wanted. Then if it had to be darker, used more sumi for value. makes it a bit easier imo : B

yeah, just different values of gray. I also added some color with markers for the trees
